TA DA!!

Christmas Day!

Ok here we go, I tried to condense this day down so well see how it goes. We started the day at my mom's where we are currently living. Here is the calm before the storm:
This day was so fun because of this little guy:

Santa brought him a big fire engine that he can ride in!

And he got a little fire engine to push around!

He was so funny about this present. He was like " flowers?" He was not impressed. Then he didn't really want to open the present so I had to open the two "flower" gifts for him..

He would open a gift and then he would want you to open it all the way up so he could play with it and then he seemed content with that. We would tell him he had more presents to open and he would say " I fine" It took quite a while to get all the presents opened with this philosophy of his.

Believe it or not some of the gifts were for other people here is bran opening up his gifts:

And me: With some help:

Shoes YES!!

My dad:

I asked my dad what he wanted for christmas and he said a Camaro, this is the only Camaro we could afford: Hey atleast he can drive it!
My mom:

After we opened up presents we went and Skyped my dad's family in Wisconsin. Its so fun to be able to see them more with less travel time! So we talked to them for a bit. Then we had ebelskivers for breakfast! One of my favorites! Then we Skyped my sister and her family to see how their Christmas went. Then we got ready and headed out to Brandon's sisters house for the afternoon! When we got there we started out opening up our gifts:
Vaughn:

My bro in law Alan:

My sis in law Jayna:

After presents we had a very yummy dinner Jayna made of turkey, stuffing, green beans, potatoes and rolls! Then to top it off I brought cheesecake for dessert! YUM! By this time we were all getting pretty sleepy. Especially one boy, Brandon.. So we decided to call it a day and head home. We got home watched Elf then headed off to bed.. Or so I headed off to bed and was asleep by 9:30 I don't know what my boys did.. oops.. Oh well. It was a very Merry Christmas for us!!

Christmas Eve Party!

Every year since I can remember we get together with my moms side of the family at my grandma and grandpa's house. We eat dinner which you can choose between a Subway sandwich or Pizzaria Pizza! Yum! Then there is also a lot of snackies you can choose from also! Then when everyone has arrived, which usually were waiting for the Browne's to arrive but this year we were the last to arrive, oopps, then we all gather around in a circle. This part has changed from year to year. When we were really little I remember us all dressing up and acting out the Nativity Scene. Then for a while my grandparents would wrap enough gifts for every one to have 1 and they would read this story about passing to the right and left. Then at the end you would open your present. That was a lot of fun. Then we exchange gifts we have gotten for each other. We draw names so we each get 1 present. It soo much fun I have really enjoyed this tradition and am so glad we are still doing it and that my son gets to be a part of it now!! Well enough with the talking here is the pictures from that night. There is a lot so my sister Sara, who is out of state, can feel like she was there: (Your welcome Sara and family!) Here is me and Vaughn finishing up our dinner: Here is Matt and Jen:

Stacy and her Fiance Gary!:

Me and Amy:
Vaughn:
My Aunt Kelley and uncle Garth:

The girls Rachel, Melinda and Christie:
My cute mom:

Kyle, Tyler and Lisa!: Yeah!! I was so glad she was able to come up and join us for Christmas!
My Aunt Laura and Uncle Randy:

My cute grandparents:

Me and Stacy: Were always cute!

Now its present time! Vaughn was so anxious to open presents. It was funny we told him we couldn't open presents till everyone was done eating. Everyone was done except for my uncle Randy. So we told him as soon as he was done eating we would open presents and Vaughn went "UUUHHH!" We all busted up laughing. That kid is a nut!

I missed pictures of two people opening their gifts cause our camera died. Sorry Amy and Lisa. Then after we went home and hoped Vaughn would fall asleep fast! But no luck :( oh, well.
