Christmas

Man I just realized that I never posted about Christmas! SO here on The Brooks blog it goes New Years then Christmas so here it is: Christmas Eve we go to my Grandmas house and have our big Family Christmas Party. Heres a few pictures of my fam! Then Christmas morning we got up and opened our Christmas presents at home. Vaughn was so cute he was so excited to unwrap presents this is him unwrapping what Santa brought him:

I gave Bran a surprise gift of a Lakers Jacket. I guess he kind of liked it:

Then we went to my moms house next. There we ate breakfast, opened MORE presents and played some games together. Vaughn got a little anxious waiting for people to open there gifts that he just started opening up all of his. He is so funny! This is Vaughn and his cousin Tay.

Then after that it was off the Brandons family. There we opened up even MORE presents and ate some lunch! This is Brandons mom, his wife and son:

Then after that we drove down to Salt Lake to see Brandons grandparents. Man it was a crazy day!

Our New Years Eve was a Blast! We had a few friends over to ROCK in the New Year with us! Here's a picture of Vaughn just looking cute! Here's a few of us Rocking out! We have Sara on the guitar, Dani on the vocals, Jen at the Drums and Karen on the other guitar!

The Next day my whole Family went to the movies. We went and saw Marley and Me. It was a cute show! We even took the kids. This was Vaughns first movie experience. He did pretty good. As long as he was eating popcorn or drinking one of our drinks.

Jamie Kennedy

Last Sat we went to Wiseguys here in Ogden to see Jaime Kennedy! He was so funny! Brandon was way excited cause he just LOVES Jamie Kennedy. I swear almost every night before we go to bed we have to watch the Jamie Kennedy Experiment. Which is pretty funny. Brandon was extra excited when we got to go meet and get a picture with him.. so heres bran and Jamie Kennedy:

Happy Anniversary!!

To propose: Brandon picked me up really early in the morning and blind folded me. Our adventure ended in a big parking lot where he let me take off my blind fold. I turned around to see we were at the airport! He was flying us down to Vegas for the day but didn't tell me what we were doing or where we were going until we got to the plane! Down there we did tons of stuff. We went to King Tuts Tomb. Then went to the Aquarium. We had lunch on the Stratosphere.. Where he did a card magic trick to me with a deck full of the Queen of Diamonds..

Then we ate dinner at the Eiffel Tower. This is where Brandon FINALLY proposed to me! (not till he drank a TON of water) He finally slid off his chair got down on one knee and said " I have a question to ask you." And I said " ok ask" and he said " Will you marry me?" And of course you all know I said YES!!

We were married in the Bountiful Temple on Oct. 23rd 2004...

Cancun Mexico: This is where we Honeymooned.. We went and saw the ruins at Chichen Itza.

Fall

Vaughn was a Wolf for Halloween! Then we put his skeleton shirt on under it so it looked like the wolfs ribs.. We were in for a long nite. We went and visited my work places. Then up to my moms. Then we went to Brandons parents. Then to my Grandmas. Man, me and Brandon were tired after that.

Vaughn and his cousin Tay in there Halloween costumes. We went up Trick or Treating around my moms house. We went with Tay and the Galusha's. Vaughn had so much fun. I don't think he quite knew what we were doing but he was having fun running after the kids and walking up to the houses.

Grandpa Brooks had given this bag/hat to Vaughn and was showing him how to stick it on his head. So while we were waiting to get our food after Trick or Treating Vaughn stuck it on his head. He looked soo funny!

Vaughn in his Halloween jammies, He had soo much candy that night we didn't think he would go to sleep! Yep, he has now discovered that he LOVES candy!
