4th Of July!!

We had a great 4th! First we went to the parade in North Ogden. Here are a few pictures from there. Vaughn got lots of candy and had lots of fun there..

Then after the parade me and my brother Jordan went to the parade of homes!! That was a lot of fun also. Here are a few of our favorite things:

Then that night my family had a BBQ at my grandma and grandpa's house. Then we went to my Aunts house for fireworks and sparkers. It was a Great day!! Sorry I didnt take any pictures of the BBQ or the fireworks. I know I kind of lame.. Oh we'll

We're Expecting...!!

We're expecting to finally get started on our house this month. Remember the picture of our dirt pile well thats what it still looks like only with a bunch of weeds all over it now. We had some complications the builder we're going thru's bank went under so they have been fighting with them to get their money so they can develope and build our and others homes. So 2 weeks ago he said they should have their money in 2 weeks so hopefully soon!! Im ready for some excitement to get started!!

Bed Time at the Brooks!

Vaughn wanted bubbles in his tub last night. We had way too much fun decorating Vaughn up with the bubbles!

I thought it would be funny to put the bubbles on his head. He thought this was the funniest thing ever!!

Finally we get out of the tub and get dried off.

Then Daddy reads us a story. Then he reads us one more and one more... this is Vaughns favorite thing to say after each story.. one more!

Oh my two guys how cute!! Then its off to bed ( for Vaughn atleast!)

Happy Fathers Day!!

Happy Fathers Day to all Fathers out there! But especially to these three GREAT dads!!

First to my Father in Law who has been a great Father in law, dad and grandpa! We Love you Grandpa Brooks!

Then to my dad who is also the Best Dad, Grandpa and Father in Law! We Love you Grandpa Aaberg!!

Then to Vaughns Dad! Who is the Best Dad and Husband a girl and a cute little guy could ask for! How did we ever get so Lucky to have such a great man in our lives!! We love you Brandon!!

I also want to include my grandpa and Brandons grandpa who both are such wonderful men who have really blessed our lives! I hope all the dad's had a wonderful Fathers Day!! We love you all!!

Hiking with Amy

My cousin Amy watched Vaughn for a bit one day while I had to work. She took him hiking up Lewis Peak. Well actually I think she packed him on her back up to Lewis Peak. She got some pretty amazing pictures of him up there. Doesn't Vaughn look like a real hiker in this picture? I think this pictures really cool looking!

Thanks Amy! Vaughn had a ton of fun! He always lots of fun with Mamy!!

Air Show!

Brandon and Vaughn had a boys day out to the Air Show. I had to work so I missed out. But it looked like they had a great time!

Poor Vaughn. Brandon was being a good dad and put sun screen on his face unfortunaly it also got in his eye. Hopefully that explains this face:

FUN!!

Memorial Day Fun!

For Memorial Day, also Vaughns real birthday, I wanted to do something fun! So I dragged everyone down to Fat Cats for some indoor Golfing! Here we are ready to golf!

I tried to take the kids pictures so we could see the neon paint.. Well you can sure see the paint! But not so much the kids.

So I started using the flash. I went to take a picture of Vaughn and Bran and got this picture instead. She looks like a deer in the headlights:

This event turned out CrAzIeR then I had thought it would be. The kids ran a head while us adults took turns trying to help them. While WE all still tried to actually play the game. Man it was exhausting But we made it!

Finally the End of the course.. And its ONLY 9 holes!!

After that we went and ate and watched the surfers surf. Then we went home and got in our own pool.

It was a little too cool for them in the pool so we mostly played around the pool.

That was a super fun day! And it was a great last few hang outs with the Tijerina's before they moved to Missouri!
